PUSPAKOM’s vehicle inspection procedures and standards are accredited and certified with several Malaysia Standard and consistent with that of international standards as per the guidelines set by the International Motor Vehicle Inspection Committee (CITA). Vehicle inspection equipment and technologies adopted by PUSPAKOM are similar to other countries operating vehicle inspection. The types of equipment being used in PUSPAKOM are accredited by the recognized international laboratory and also calibrated and certified periodically by accredited laboratory. Vehicle Examiners at PUSPAKOM are qualified and certified according to the Road Transport Act 1987. Furthermore, PUSPAKOM’s service standards and management system are constantly being monitored by the Road Transport Department with specific Key Performance Indicator and other agencies.
