PUSPAKOM’s vehicle inspection procedures and standards are accredited with Quality Management System MS ISO 9001:2008 and MS ISO 17020:2012 and is consistent with that of international standards as per the guidelines set by the International Motor Vehicle Inspection Committee (CITA). Vehicle inspection equipment and technologies adopted by PUSPAKOM are similar to that of many other countries operating vehicle inspection, and the types of equipment being used in PUSPAKOM are accredited with type approval by the recognised international laboratory. Vehicle Examiners at PUSPAKOM are qualified and certified according to the Road Transport Act 1987. Furthermore, PUSPAKOM’s service standards and quality management system are constantly being monitored by the Road Transport Department with specific Key Performance Indicator and our equipment are all calibrated and certified periodically by SIRIM.
