Introduction

MASA was incorporated on 7 July 1999. MASA aims to go to beyond the provision of emergency vehicles assistance for individuals and establishments. Realizing the fact that motoring has become an indispensable element in our daily lives, MASA aids and assists its members during an emergency. It also protects members and their loved ones by minimizing the risk of accidents and breakdowns. MASA offers its members a free fully computerized vehicle inspection to ensure the roadworthiness of their vehicles.

MASA's panel of tow trucks and mechanics are on standby 24 hours a day throughout the year, ready to aid and assist you in the event of breakdowns and accidents. We pay up to RM300 per case.

Free PUSPAKOM Inspection to ensure that your vehicle is roadworthy.

Alternative Travel Assistanc

If your vehicle breaks down, MASA will arrange for an alternative source of transportation for your journey. We reimburse up to RM200 per case.

Alternative Accommodation

If your vehicle cannot be repaired immediately during a breakdown, and you need to spend the night in a hotel, MASA will arrange accommodation and reimburse costs up to RM200 per case.

Faced with an unfortunate event? MASA Car Settlement Scheme (CSS) offers a full settlement of your car loan up to RM50,000.00. And if there is a balance after the settlement, the sum will be paid to you or your loved ones, according to your PA Insurance Cover.

Emergency Evacuation Assistance

During an accident MASA can arrange for the transportation of the injured to the nearest Medical Centre of Hospital upon request.

Vehicle Repatriation Assistance

If the vehicle repair works cannot be carried out locally at the workshop to where it was towed, MASA will assist in the repatriation of the vehicle to your home.

Battery Delivery Service

Flat battery! No problem. MASA shall deliver a new battery to you, at home or away. The delivery comes free of charge, you pay only for the cost of the battery. (During office hours only).

Selected Car Service Centres

For repairs or regular car service, MASA has a detailed panel of service providers nationwide where you will enjoy discounts of up to 25% exclusively.

Privileged Car Rental Rates

		MASA will assist in arranging the repatriation of your vehicle to your home (Cost borne by members).
