Datuk Haji Abdul Rahman bin Mohd Ramli

(Chairman)

Datuk Haji Abdul Rahman is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia (ACA), the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants (MICPA) and the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA). Prior to joining the PUSPAKOM Board, Datuk Haji Abdul Rahman was General Manager of United Asian Bank Berhad, Group Managing Director of Pernas Sime Darby Sdn. Bhd., Group Chief Executive of Golden Hope Plantations Berhad and Chairman of Johore Tenggara Oil Palm Berhad.

Dato’ Sri Haji Mohd Khamil bin Jamil

Dato' Sri Haji Mohd Khamil holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the University of London, is a Barrister-at-Law at Gray's Inn, England, and was called to the English Bar in 1983. He began his executive career at Bank Bumiputra Malaysia Berhad in August 1980, where he served until December 1989. He was called to the Malaysian Bar in September 1990, and became a practising partner of several legal firms before venturing into business in 2001. Dato' Sri Haji Mohd Khamil is currently the Group Managing Director of DRB-HICOM Berhad.

Dato’ Lukman bin Ibrahim

Dato' Lukman graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration in 1989 and a Masters of Business Administration in 1990 from Temple University, Philadelphia, USA. He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), a member of Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA). He started his career in 1989 with Sun Refining and Marketing, Philadelphia USA before joining Automotive Corporation (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. in 1990. He joined Proton Berhad in 1991, where he established his career with Proton lasting 17 years. Dato' Lukman is currently the Group Chief Operating Officer of DRB-HICOM Berhad.

Dato’ Khalid bin Abdol Rahman

Dato' Khalid holds a Diploma in Accountancy from Institute Technology Mara, a Bachelor of Science (Finance) from Indiana State University, USA and a Masters of Business Administration (Marketing) from the University of New Haven, USA. He served as Corporate Finance Manager with Rakyat Merchant Bankers Berhad until 1990. Between 1991 and 1996 he worked at MMC Berhad, Southern Investment Bank Berhad and MARA Holdings Sdn. Bhd. in various capacities, primarily in the corporate finance field.

Datuk Kamarudin bin Md Ali

Datuk Kamarudin holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, UK and a Masters of Science in Engineering from University of Birmingham, UK. He is also a graduate of the Royal College of Defense Studies UK. He has over 30 years experience specialising in Mechanical Engineering with extensive knowledge and skills in Logistics and Finance Management, Manpower Development, Strategic Planning and Crime Prevention that he gained through a wide range of command posts and managerial capacities held during his tenure in the Royal Malaysia Police.

Mr. Ong Ie Cheong

Mr Ong holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Malaya. Mr Ong was Executive Chairman of PPB Group Berhad, Managing Director of Central Sugars Refinery Sdn. Bhd. and a Board member of PPB Oil Palms Berhad and Tradewinds (M) Berhad prior to joining the PUSPAKOM Board.
