Before a new commercial vehicle can be registered with the Road Transport Department, or before the ownership of a vehicle can be transferred to another person, PUSPAKOM must verify that it complies with the legal standards set out in the Road Transport Act 1987, Motor Vehicles (Construction and Use) Rules 1959.

Please bring along these document(s) to the inspection :

  • Vehicle's Registration Card (Original)*
  • Carrier license from Ministry of Tourism / SPAD / Driving School Permit*
  • Vehicle Plan / Latest PG11A
  • Copy of Business Registration*
  • Sales Letter from Authorised Dealer
  • Certificate of Manufacture / Weight Certificate / Original Plan*
  • T1 - Certificate of Taxi Meter Approval by JPJ for taxi with taxi meter only
  • Certification Letter of Green Engine from SIRIM*
  • Certificate of Manufacture for Rebuild Vehicle*
  • JPJ.K1 - Vehicle's Registration Form
  • AP (Approved Permit - JK69)*
  • Customs Excise Form K1 / K7 / K8*
  • Letter of Approval (“Lampiran A” - for buses only)*
