Convenient, Save Time and Cost

The Mobile Truck is a trailer and truck that transforms into a self-contained remote PUSPAKOM inspection centre, perfect for rural areas and large companies with a fleet of vehicles. This unit is capable of performing remote inspections on heavy and light commercial vehicles.

It helps you to save time and travelling cost as well as minimise of vehicle ground time. This will improve your business productivity and reduce operational costs.

Inspection report will be issued on the same day of inspection..

Fees

Depending on volume, service charge starts from as low as RM60 per vehicle in addition to the individual inspection fee.

Types of inspection and vehicle

We offer services such as Initial Inspection, Routine Inspection, Transfer of Ownership Inspection, Special Inspection and Hire Purchase Inspection. Vehicles from heavy vehicles such as prime mover, trailer, semi-trailer, rigid to light vehicles such as commercial light vehicles and private vehicles are able to use Mobile Truck Services.

Inspection items

Our well-trained vehicle examiners will drive your vehicle to the inspection lanes and conduct the inspection.
• Items inspected are as follows:

Identification

Confirm the originality of the vehicle by identifying the registration, chassis and engine numbers.

Above Carriage

Examine the condition of upper body of a vehicle.

Tinted Glass

Measure the visible light transmittance rating of windscreens and glasses.

Emission

Measure smokes or gasses that emit from a vehicle’s engine to ensure that they do not exceed the specified legal limits.

Side Slip

Test alignment of a vehicle's front wheels.

Suspension

Test the performance of a vehicle's suspension system.

Brake

Check on brake performance including brake efficiency and brake imbalance.

Under Carriage

Examine the condition of under carriage of a vehicle.
