VEHICLE PLAN VERIFICATION SERVICE
An approved vehicle plan by RTD is needed before the vehicle is constructed and modified. This is to ensure that every vehicle body built and modified complies with the current legal requirements.
To obtain RTD approval, the technical plan of the vehicle must be submitted through a consultant to the PUSPAKOM for the purpose of verification. Plans that have been reviewed and verified by PUSPAKOM will then be submitted to RTD to get approval.
Only consultants registered with RTD are allowed to submit technical plans of vehicles to PUSPAKOM. (The list of consultants can be referred to the RTD website www.jpj.gov.my)
ON BOARD DIAGNOSTICS (OBD) SERVICE
Are you aware when your vehicle's components is not functioning properly or the meaning of the symbol displayed on your dashboard? OBD can help to assess the cause of the problem and the overall condition of the vehicle.
OBD results accurately identify a vehicle's performance including the vehicle's components (subject to manufacturer's specifications).

MOTOR VEHICLE LICENCE RENEWAL SERVICE
You can renew your motor vehicle licence with PUSPAKOM.
Currently, this service is only available for Private Vehicles (except e-hailing), Motorcycle and Decontrolled Commercial Vehicles with permissible laden weight of 7,500 kg and below (except vehicle with permit i.e. school bus, taxi and etc)

MOTOR INSURANCE RENEWAL SERVICE
You can purchase and renew your motor insurance with PUSPAKOM.
We offer insurance renewal services for private and commercial vehicles. You are welcome to visit our branches nationwide and proceed to counter for a quick renewal of Liberty Insurance, Etiqa, Allianz, Zurich, Takaful Ikhlas, Pacific Insurance atau Takaful Malaysia.
